Almost certainly produced in Lille, French Flanders (under Spanish rule from 1477, or (less likely) in south Flanders, possible Bruges ... Leather bound with clasp. Latin words in black and red ink, initials in black, blue and red ink. Neumes in black ink, on a four-line staff in red, with interlinear words. Every other page numbered in light pencil.
